While I was scanning the web for interesting companies and case studies for ARK I came across this fantastic site called Service Design Hub run by user experience consultant Suze Ingram. The hub is described as "a place to find blogs, articles, papers, books, links and videos about service design."
We have been working hard on a train inquiry for Assembly for Wales, to broaden the discussion we have started a chat on facebook which you can see here Also if you are interested in any other social design ventures we hold get togethers every Wednesday at Cardiff Arts Institute from around 7pm.
We had our first sessions on this last Wednesday - we just had an open exploration of "accessibility" and how it may relate to the consultation.
The National Assembly in Wales has launched a consultation into the accessibility of Welsh Railway stations. This is something that ARK are interested in. It is related to one of the projects we identified at our launch event - see the project listed here -
Following ARK's launch at the ATRiuM, Cardiff. We have now come up with the first few projects that we will be working on in the coming months.
